A physical eight-sided dice is tracked by the headset and serves as the main input. Each roll builds a unique office character step by step, legs, torso, and head. After creation, an individual body part can be re-rolled to customize the character further.

After creating your character, the experience shifts into a fast-paced minigame. Players grab and move the character by hand to catch falling objects: emails boost the score, spam costs lives, coffee restores them, and power-ups unlock short-term abilities like attracting emails.
